The team at Watford House are caring, experienced and dedicated to creating a warm and homely environment while providing high levels of care and comfort. We offer a varied activities programme and encourage our residents to socialise and continue hobbies they enjoyed at home. From gardening to regular entertainment, there's something for everyone at Watford House.

The staff have been fantastic

My father became a resident in July last year, the staff have been fantastic and done their utmost to enable visits and keep him safe during this difficult time. We can now visit in a special room with a glass divider and can also keep in touch by video call. The staff are so friendly and I cannot praise them enough for the amazing job they do.

I have been the Home Manager at Watford House since October 2024, and it has been an incredibly rewarding journey. I genuinely enjoy my role and the opportunities it brings to learn, grow and make a positive difference every day. What makes Watford House so special is its unique character. Our dedicated staff and wonderful residents create a warm, welcoming, and delightfully quirky atmosphere that truly feels like home. It is a privilege to lead such a fantastic team, and I look forward to coming to work each day, knowing we are making a real difference in the lives of the people we support.
